In partnership with NW Tune-Up the WMBC hosted the daily festival beer garden and received the proceeds from the beer sales
The NW Tune Up Beer Garden is the perfect spot to enjoy great beer and music! As part of the exciting lineup of events at the festival, our beer garden is the ultimate destination for music lovers and beer enthusiasts alike. With a fantastic selection of ice-cold brews on tap from 20 local breweries, you won’t want to miss the Beer Garden experience.
In 2024 we made $38k in profit from beer sales! Thank you for your support!
VOLUNTEERS
The NW Tune-Up beer garden is a huge fundraiser for WMBC and we could not do it without our volunteers!
We are looking for volunteers 21+ to help us out with a volunteer shift on one of the three days (July 12-14).
Volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt, a volunteer gift, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, and a 3-day volunteer pass to attend the NW Tune-Up!
Prospective volunteers emailed in early June with sign-up!
Event Set-Up
Join us to ensure that our beer garden looks great! Help unload equipment, and set up tents, tables, and chairs. You will also be helping arrange the VIP area and putting up signage.
Volunteer Check-In
If you are a jack-of-all-trades volunteer, this role is for you! Help check-in volunteers, keep the beer garden organized, re-stock non-alcoholic beverages, and whatever else may be needed.
Beer Ticket Sales
If you love selling and are comfortable using an iPad and cash to make sales, please sign up to help us sell beer tickets! We will train you to use the Square system to make sales.
ID Check
You will interact with each person coming into the beer garden and check IDs. Attention to detail is key!
Beer Servers
Pouring beer! During this shift, you will be behind the bar serving and pouring beer. It can be fast-paced and super fun! MAST certification is preferred.
VIP
You will be cracking cans in the VIP area and making sure our cans are cold and well stocked! If you like working with a small crew, this role is for you! MAST certification preferred.
Back Bar Support
Another jack-of-all-trades role for back bar support. You will be filling in where needed and completing miscellaneous tasks.
Event Clean Up
Help us put a bow on this event by helping us clean up! You will be breaking down tents, tables, and chairs, removing signs, etc. You will receive a WMBC gift card and gift!
