Proposed Pump Track and Skills Zone in Birchwood Park
We need your help!! The WMBC and Birchwood Neighborhood Association are fundraising to build a Pump Track and skills area in Birchwood Park. The estimated construction would be Spring 2020 and the cost is $50,000.
What are Pump Tracks?

Manmade closed circuits with rollers in between and berms at each end.

Designed to be ridden without pedaling.

A full-body workout, riders use their body to pump—or push down into the dip after an elevation and pull up before the crest of a mound—throughout the continuous loop.

Easily accessed by small children and parents – Bay to Baker Trail.

The field location is used sparingly by park goers.
